Deanna was supposed to do this live on video, but she is having problems connecting and needs to leave for the airport, so we’re just going to have to announce it via comment…

As a snowboard instructor in Vail, CO I sometimes find keeping tabs on 10 kids all day long who are all hopped-up on Mountain Dew can be challenging.

I’m thinking a simple figure-four-leg-lock would be cool to learn. Thanks!

A chance to actually touch Shawn Tompkins! That is all the reason I need, but learning some sweet fight moves is a huge bonus! Have you ever tried to wrestle with a 6 year old autistic kid – my son wins every time :) My son would literally flip out if I had a picture of myself with some of the UFC fighters!!!

This is why I love Vegas.
