If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my feed or subscribe to me on Twitter, which is updated on a more frequent - and more meaningless - basis.

I’ve been wanting to blog about this for a while. If you’re new or just starting out in affiliate marketing, this post is not for you. I understand that you won’t neccessarily have the resources to pull this strategy off in it’s entirety. If you’re an affiliate who’s career is less than a year old, you’d likely be best served by building a defensible site in a competitive category and starting your expansion fund as quickly as possible with the profits.

How Not to Get Sales Increases from Current Affiliates (and Piss Them Off)

There is a good rule in the affiliate space that you should leave your top affiliates be to do what they do best and if they need help they’ll ask for it. And common sense would tell you that if they ask for it, with top ranks in Google for your most competitive generic keywords, you should provide help. But, there are a lot of affiliate managers out there lacking common sense.
